BDN were fantastic to work with. My team, consisting of Matthew Fuller (Solicitor) and Joshua Newman (Conveyancer) went above and beyond. Matthew took the time to field my initial queries over the phone, and after meeting with me to go over the contract in person, liaised with the seller's solicitor and broker to ensure a smooth 30 day settlement period. Joshua was always prompt in his responses to my queries, and proactive in ensuring I had all the information I required to complete the necessary steps as settlement day approached. As a first home-buyer, I had many questions, and he was able to provide guidance each step of the way. BDN are professional and knowledgeable, with a clear understanding of Property Law in the ACT. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase property in the Canberra region.

Vasyl and Matthew from BDN lawyers were both wonderful to work with. We used their conveyancing services to sell and buy our properties. Communication was excellent, everything was explained well to us and no question was too small. Always prompt with getting back to us and both settlements went smoothly. Would highly recommend BDN lawyers!

Contacted BDN as I was familiar with them on conveyancing matters. This time my wife and I needed our wills redrafted. Sebastian and Alex were extremely helpful in understanding our requirements and ensuring they were legally correct. I definitely would recommend BDN for will preparation.

My husband and I engaged Corrina Tierney from the Queanbeyan office for both the sale and purchase of our homes. Corrina was outstanding, we had so much trust and confidence with her and her expert team of Emily and Daniel. Extremely professional and excellent communication, from start to finish. We cannot recommend Corrina more highly.

My family has used BDN Lawyers several times for conveyancing (and updating our wills). I don't normally provide reviews, however, after several engagements, it should be acknowledged that BDN Lawyers (led by Richard Baker and his amazing team incl Joshua Newman) have impressed with excellent communication, clarity, efficiency and reliability. Excellence all around, which is why we continue to rely on them.

Highly recommend BDN especially Amber Lawrence and Brooklyn Dagwell. Amber helped us prepare wills & enduring powers of attorney, explaining our options clearly and answering our many questions patiently! Amber even managed to bring some humour to the process of having our wills / EPOA completed which really helped us as we made decisions we had been putting off for years. Both Amber and Brooklyn are excellent communicators which made finalising our documents efficient & smooth. Thanks so much for making a challenging task so easy to get done, we’re so happy that our affairs are in order!

BDN Lawyers were fantastic to work with. We are a small NGO and they were professional, affordable, and genuinely easy to deal with. They explained everything in plain language, which made the whole process so much clearer for someone who isn’t from a legal background. I felt supported and well-informed at every step. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Corrina Tierney from BDN! Corrina assisted us with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and she was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was proactive, extremely thorough, and consistently on top of every step, which gave us real confidence during both transactions. By far the best conveyancer we have ever used. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

I have recently sold 2 properties and purchase of one and had a pleasure of working with BDN Lawyers, Aedan and Joshua. They have been fantastic, helpful throughout the entire process providing clear guidance and support at every steps. BDN Lawyer also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed discussing my Will preparation as well for their professionalism in handling my late husband's estate and making deceased spouse’s estate clearance simple, and stress-free. Each time I have been very pleased with all that they have achieved for me.........Best regards Elaine

Had a delightful experience with BDN Lawyers recently. Was looking for legal assistance that might have been a bit pricey for me in my current (unemployed) situation. Zoe Tregeagle, after consulting with the solicitor, explained to me that there is, in fact, a much simpler and cheaper way to achieve my goal. And didn't charge me for the advice. Very heartwarming to see lawyers prioritising client's best interests over profits! Very impressed with BDN's integrity in this day and age when it isn't so easily found.
